Sudanya Kirk is President/CEO of, Be The Change Productions. She is also a gifted and prolific writer with a voice uniquely her own. A creative visionary, Sudanya has a passion for writing stories of substance and nuance that deal with real life issues and appeal to a diverse global community and is committed to creating timeless works that touch the heart and uplift the human spirit.

Creative Executive
As BTC’s Creative Executive, Elizabeth Pearson ensures that all projects are developed and produced consistent with BTC’s mission and vision. For over two decades Elizabeth has worked with BTC’s CEO, Sudanya Kirk, helping to shape the company’s vision.

Director of International Development
Louise McConnell is the BTC’s newest team member. Based in London, Louise coordinates logistics for all international projects. In addition to keeping everything running smoothly on BTC’s Europe based project, Louise is an accomplished actress with upcoming dramatic roles in various BTC productions.

Chief Administrative Officer
Kimberly Collins is the glue that holds BTC together. With unsurpassed logistics and operational skills, Kimberly ensures that all facets of BTC’s domestic and international projects run effectively and seamlessly.
